VERY nice jacket. I own one, and the leather is soft as can be, but doesn't snag like you'd expect a soft leather to do. The cowhide is superb, and the lining very well made. It's a reddish color, and this (according to David Hack, CEO of Wings) is a salute to WWII fighter aces. Only an ace could wear an A-2 flight jacket with the red lining. This separated the regular flight crew member from the aces, so he incorporated this into the VIP. I really like mine, and have a hard time keeping my wife out of it. She likes it too!
