Indy in Phantom Menace?

Yeah, that's neat, but here's a picture of what may be Indy in the pod race crowd scene from Phantom Menace. Supposedly Lucas or someone thought it would be funny to have various Lucasarts characters in the crowd scene. This guy looks similar to Indy. Maybe its Indy in his Tatooine gear.
