: I received an email from somebody looking for an accurate reproduction of a pre-US Army Flying Tiger M-422A, complete with artwork. Where’s the best place to look? Also, I believe some of you have mentioned sites/forums for this stuff? With the Indy/Fred Flintstone comparisons, I may need to find another avenue for my leather jacket obsession (grin).

: Cheers!

Here is the email address of Jean Marc Carbin JM60@concentric.net
He hand paints Jackets and also hand paints leather patches. I forget his webpage where he has pics of his artwork but he wiull email you the info. If it was me I would buy a nice 422 from FS or Eastman and have him do the artwork. He does excellent work at a reasonable price.
He is also pretty quick. The jacket plus his artwork is cheaper than a US Wings jacket already made and you will be getting a much better jacket. I will try to find his web page info and post it later.
