Yet Another Wested Question

Yeah, Ordered my jacket almost a week ago, yet I have yet to receive
a confirmation of that order (which I requested, therefore, I have
no idea if the order went through) I'm trying to work my schedule
around the time differences between west coast USA and London...(7 hours in advance?)

In the meantime, without getting ancy, what should I do?
