I work at the Post Office, and I cant figure out why some get charged, and some do not. From what I see, most overseas parcels have no "tax" added whatsoever. Most of them that do have yellow tape all over it that says, opened for inspection by customs at Chicago.

If most international parcels come in through LA and NY, then have to be inspected at Chicago, well that would explain why delivery times are so whacked out on international shipments. Just my 2 cents on the matter, Danno.
