U.S.Wings B3 Jacket and Lee Kepler gear

Two questions here:

1) A little off the Indy beaten track but related: Can anyone comment on the quality of the U.S.Wings B3s compared to others, esp. the Wested Memphis Belle versio? And can anyone from the UK comment on their experience ordering from U.S.Wings -- i.e. making payment through Western Union, and collecting from customs (would this be the nearest customs office, i.e. the one at my local airport?)

2) Lee Kepler: is he offering the Raiders gunbelt and holster as well as the whip holder? If so, how do they compare to the Noel Howard version? I've read that Noel Howard holders don't work as well as Lee Kepler's, and that they are the wrong colour. Any idea of Lee's prices?
