Indy jacket on X-Files?

I'm not a huge X-Files fan but I was watching one of the reruns on FX last night and I coulda sworn Duchovny's character had an Indiana Jones jacket on. The collar was a little bigger, so I'm guessing it was the TOD jacket. I didn't get a great look at it but it sure looked like one in the glimpse that I got. Anyone else see it?
I don't know the name of the episode but it was when some preacher turned his gun into a snake and then had snakes crawl all over him and bite the bejeezus out of him. Another reason I'm guessing it was an IJ jacket. Maybe an inside joke with all the snakes, yeah? I could be reachin' a bit.
