The confusion has stemmed from jumping the gun a bit on the initial announcement that the jacket was ready for sale. I've had nothing but positive experiences with their customer service, but things like this do happen. My jacket was actually pushed back a bit in order to get other customers jackets out. I understood, so it was no problem.
