Sure doesn't look black to me

Odd how we see the same object differently. To me, the ribbon looks to be a really dark brown, with a black shading rather than the red shading that is usually seen in dark brown ribbons. I had a cheap Indy fedora once that had this blackish/brown ribbon. It was such a dark brown, that it looked almost black at times, untill the light hit it just right and the brown came out.
