Yes, I once asked "The Petroleum"-question here and I think it was Graml who answered... He said that it was water that had a thin layer of petroleum ON it. So it wasn´t actually a sea of petroleum. Still, Indy looked a bit too clean afterwards!!!

BTW There are no catacombs in Venice, am I right???
