If you want the Raiders look, I would go with the 5.5 open crown height, and let the front pinch come in at 4 3/4 to 4 7/8. This will give you that squared off look on the crown. If you go with the 5 7/8 open crown, and keep the same pinch, you will lose the Raiders look. The key here is to have very little hat sticking up above, and on either side of the front pinch.
