I promise I've ran into the same prob. and I'm 19 in college. I've always wanted the hat too and I've literally spent half my life going into every hat store and JC PENNY's just to find something similiar. Just recently I've been let into Indygear and I want the hat. I've worn around my brown stetson Fedora and found two reactions....."Hey, Indiana!!!" Which, yes, like you he's my hero or actual Harrison Ford is....but I don't want to be Indiana Jones.....I personally, like the style...the time period is one of my fav. So Yes, I've hit the problem but I've also seen the other side. Chicks dig the hat....all they want to do is wear it AND lots of guys say its cool and pimpin SO don't give up....make it part of you and they will except it.
