I don't think anyone makes a 5 ton mercedes truck like the one in ROTLA, but you can get a Nazi from Ultimate Soldier (21st century toys) at any Toys R Us, and there are a few companies that make clothing and uniforms for the 12 inch figures so someone's got to have Nazi Desert uniforms...
