Just had to share this. I had the extreme pleasure of hearing Williams conduct his own music with the Tucson Symphony Orchestra in 1991 (I think) I think he know the TSO's conduct hense the sort of odd whistle stop for him.

I can not tell you how incredible an experience it was...dare I say spiritually moving? We all know how moving his music is when we hear it plays off a tape or CD or record, but my God - for the instruments themselves!!! You feel it in your bones...your soul.

I had goosebumps for the entire concert. It was so awesome!!! He played pretty much everything. Raiders March, E.T., Star Wars, JFK. Theme from the Cowboys (really awesome), as well as other selections for various films.

Just thought I'd share that. If you find he's conducting somewhere near you - GO!!!!! You will never forget the experience -EVER!
