Just thought of two more, both in Sam and Max.
The first is when you take the toupee from the mansion and replace it with an eggplant. You see a brief animation of Max replacing it a la the Gold Idol and then getting hit by a few suction darts. Believe me, it's funnier than I make it sound.
The second is in the farm area (I forget what exactly it is, it's been a while since I played through) if you look at one display a few times it will bring up "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Shrooms". After a brief pause Sam says "I can't believe Harrison agreed to this."
