Pleased With My Wested...Except...

Well, my Raiders jacket arrived today and boy is it terrific. Everything fits and feels right but the sleeves are an inch too long! I am wondering if there might be something I could have done locally rather than to send it back to England. Can it be altered since it doesn't have any cuffs? I never owned a leather jacket before so this is new territory for me. Maybe I'm just picky. I could send it back but would rather not if I don't have to.
