I think Tobey Maguire is excellent casting...

I personally think he's a great actor. I've always enjoyed his performances in "Pleasantville" and "Wonder Boys" and he's just excellent in them!

And besides Spiderman was always supposed to be this imperfect superhero who is a bit on the weak side. He's not some man of steel like Superman or Batman or... say Wolverine from X-Men.

And I think the Spiderman movie will kick ass!

P.S. - This is kind of old news anyway, he's been cast for the role since August or so of this year.
