There doesn't have to be a "time" where you set up an Indy chat. Just create the room and people will start coming. I've made Indiana Jones member chat rooms on AOL before, I didn't have to publicize it.
And just because these people who aren't on AOL complain that there isn't a chat on IRC, what in the name of GOD does that have to do with the people on AOL who want to chat about Indy? Are you guys saying that just because you can't join in, a chat shouldn't even exist???
