Wested question

if Peter says he's shipping my jacket "on monday"... is there any way to check? i was told half a month ago that it would be shipped "early next week", but it didn't make it. i had to write to see what was up. i was told there had been a problem. maybe this is an isolated incident. i would like a tracking number. i don't want to call because of the cost. any help or similar experience stories would help. thanks.
