In The Secret Of Monkey Island, there is one point in the governer's mansion where Guybrush states about the idol "It belongs in a museum." There is another point in the game where he takes one look at a chalice in the voodoo shop and says "Now THAT's the cup of a carpenter."
Also, in Sam and Max hit the road, there is a key scene taken directly from "Raiders"
