Indy 4: Mulling the Possibilities...

Some friends and I were discussing a trip to Mongolia over lunch when we got to kickin' around some story ideas for upcoming Indy 4. It's post WWII, and the Chinese Communists under Mao Tse-Tung have come to power. They begin their occupation of Tibet and the destruction of the Buddhist temples and followers. An old Buddhist monk friend of Indy's (someone like Wu-Han) sends a cable. He wants Indy to come and smuggle out a precious green jade talisman of important religious significance to the Dali Lama before the Communists destroy everything. Unknown to Indy, the talisman has strange powers which a Chinese Communist general desperately wants to obtain. Add an older Short Round, breath-taking mountain scenery, avalanches, an even more evil Lao Che, some Russian KGB agents, and some female lead (we'll let you argue who plays that one!) and throw Indy into the mix.
