I have 2 answers!
1) Not sure what you mean, but I ordered 2 shirts in my regular dress shirt size and they fit fine...
2) Structurally they are the same trousers. Same material too, in fact, but the "Raiders" trousers are a brownish/grey colour, while the "Temple of Doom" and "Last Crusade" pants are a taupe, which is sort of tan/pink colour (sounds funny but they look great!) I have both types of the trousers, and am VERY happy with both. They are on par with a high quality dress pant, but rugged and durable - very cool!
