As long as the age Indy a bit, Ford is still perfect for the films. I don't think he could play Indy in his 30's anymore.
And when the day comes he is too old for other than playing an old Indy, maybe have him be the Dad to a new adventurer,
like Short-Round, or one of his own kids...like Connery is HIS Dad...
