you're right..
it is Mr. Lucas, I think John Landis whom directed the Blues Brothers (with 2 MAJOR Directors in cameo's..Frank Oz/ Steven Spielberg)
directed part III, so maybe he persuaded George To do it.
who knows? It was the best part of this part III for me, otherwise,
BC III, was no where near as good as its predesors.
