While I once (and still do) support George Clooney as a potential replacement (forgiving him of course for Batman & Robin) I think that you might be onto something with Baldwin.
It's circular you see... Ford usurped (and for my money ruined) the Jack Ryan character (admitedly Baldwin didn't do it any better) so it's only fair that Baldwin take over Indy.

Who cares...just make another IJ, already!
