Well, I've forced his hand a little and emailed him and asked him to tell me what the "certificate of authenticity" says and who used this whip during the movie. We'll see what he says. If he replies back and even suggests that Harrison ford might have used the whip, he is a bald-faced liar! However, if he says that it was used by an actor playing a thugee, I'll be SLIGHTLY more inclined to believe. What a joke of a price, though, huh? It makes me angry when people sell cheap junk and claim it is authentic. I would never think of cheating people that way.
