I hear the summer up there is rather cool! There won't be any meltdown problem. ;) Are you considering a stylish hard hat version made out of polycarbonate? It could become all the rage with construction workers! Not only does it look good, it protects from falling objects and it offers sun protection. I'm not even kidding. I can't believe I said that. :p

: I'll show you a prototype of my hat sometime- made from paper mache mixed with brown latex exterior house paint. It almost worked, but it turned to putty on hot days.
