So, I email the guy and this is his reply (directly copied)... I asked him specifically who wielded the whip in the movie to see if he would try to tell me Ford did:

It says pretty much what the description says.
It makes no mention of who used it in the film. It only deals with, that it
indeed was from the film & who it was given to & why.
I mean we know who used the whip.
My consignor assures me, that if there is doubt, he was told by his contact,
from Star Wares on Main, that she would be willing to answer any questions.

I want to draw your attention to the above sentence "I mean we know who used the whip." Is this not misleading the unsuspecting bidder into believing that this thing was actually used by Harrison Ford.
Ridiculous.
