A Raiders hat observation

One thing I noticed about the hat that I think nobody brought up before was that the crown's sides always look parallel, no matter what the point of view is. Now the hard part: I'll try to explain the reason behind it.
When you look at the crown from above, you'll see the V shape of the front pinch. Now, in the Raiders hat, the "V" is not a "V" at all. What I mean by that (and it would really be much easier if I had a picture to show it) is that the V shape means a sharp angle, whereas it should be at least a 90 degree angle or wider.

If you understand what I mean, great. If someone who understood has a better way of expressing it, please do so.
