I was as nice as I know how to be. (Which is very friendly) I do agree with you and think that this is a rare incident, but that doesn't make my situation any better. I just need some pretty simple info so I can get my money back and for some reason they aren't helping me. Maybe it's my Southern accent they don't like, other than that I don't understand the problems either. I agree the jacket is nice, I just wish I didn't have to jump through so many hoops to get it. And no, no matter what any of ya'll say, there is no excuse for the poor service I've been getting. Actually, I haven't gotten ANY service, so callin' poor would make it sound like they were atleast doin' SOMETHING.
