Guide gear jacket update

The leather is more aged, and the sleeves are doing that thing where you bend your arms and the leather returns to the exact position everytime. Because of this, the sleevs arent as long wich is good because they are too long. It is getting light around the edges, especialy the storm flap, cargo pockets and the sleevs.
