Apparently, Peter has no record of my order (it was a full page of measurements, alterations, and modifications). He did acknowledge the order via e-mail three days after I sent it, but provided no order number. He asked I resend my order, and he will "prioritize" it. That was 6 days ago, and I have yet to hear back to confirm he received it (via e-mail) again. From some of the recent forum posts here, I see I am not the only person disappointed with his lack of communication and customer service. I hope he does put my order to the front of the line, as I have already been waiting over 2 months.
