How about this: "Hey...what this!?! There's a snake in here! You KNOW I hate snakes!!"
Isn't that hilarious that he hates snakes, but not when he's faced with thousands of vipers in a pit. Or bugs...corpses...guns...etc. I think he did a pretty good job NOT showing his phobia for snakes and reptiles.
By the way, if you want, post some favorite Star Wars lines, too. If you don't have any, I'd be extremely surprised.

My favorite Luke line (to Han): "No." Han asks him about Leia and himself having any kind of future together, and Luke's answer is so definite.
Luke: "NO."
