Anyone else have a problem with USWINGS?

just a quick note

ordered a whip and holder from uswings and had overnight shipping on it....didn't use the website, called it in and spoke with a rep. never showed, never charged either (thankfully) anyone else have this prob? and if so, did they do anything about it? like help you out and help their company look better?
