I live about 20 minutes from the Queen Mary myself! I love it! Always been one of my favorite places to go and my friends and I often go aboard after 6 saying we're going to the restraunts or bars and don't have to pay to board. I desperately want to stay on board for one night... it is definitely an experience. Lucky you! Sir Winston's is a very nice, rich place to dine. Ex boyfriend took me there. Hope you feel like Indy on his journeys to adventure.

: Tonight I will board a ship from Indy's era. The Queen Mary. She was launched in 1936. Donning my fedora, I will dine at Sir Winston's (the first class resturant on the ship) then off to the Obsevation Bar on the bow, then retire to my 1936 cabin for the night. Of course I will be exploring the ship during my stay :-) My wife and I stay 4-5 times a year on the Mary. I feel very lucky to have one of the greatest oceanliners ever built just 30 minutes away. It is like stepping back in time. I am sure Indy would have traveled on her. She has had many adventures herself. Bon voyage!
