This's so damn lame. The reason I wasn't able to "tractor" up the tractor beam was because I held down the "activate part" button. What a piece of crap...who would've figured the tractor beam would still be there if you let go of button? Such an annoying game. That's like figuring your gun'll keep firing if you let go of the trigger.
