That was not ment to be derogatory. It's just that different age groups perceive movies and other cultural events differently. For example I loved "Chitty, Chitty, Bang, Bang". It came out in 1968. I was six years old. A friend of mine who is ten years older and huge Disney fan thought it was silly, because he was sixteen. I am about to turn 39 and I have never heard anyone my age who liked "Goonies". But I find that 20 somethings love the movie. So I was asking your age to verify my theory and to know where you were coming from.
