Dog leash! Just get one of em, cut it up, and youve got yourself a good, cheap strap. As for the buckle, my mom is a seamstress ( not sure on that spelling! ) so she took us to a sewing store, where we found a good buckle. Its a really good match too. Then, after that, just sew the whole thing together. I hope this helps.
