The Man with the Hat is back!!
Am I the only toy lover on the planet who is not totally impressed by McFarlane Toys? It is true that most of McFarlane's figures are dead-on likenesses of the real thing. It is true that he packs them with really cool accessories!! But, in his figures, they seem to be devoid of action. They are more like statues. To me, the ACTION part means "points of articulation." I agree that it would be cool to own a new Indy toy, and if McFarlane makes them, I'll whip my way to the front of the line at Toys 'R' Us. I'm a completist, and if it is a licensed Indy item, I've got it or I want it!! But, if I were to make a list of the toy companies that I would like to see make a new Indy figure, McFarlane would be near the bottom of the list.

Thanks for listening to my rant!!
