I didn't have any problems really, the only problem is a few tiny air bubbles in the last coat of epoxy. Other than that, everything went perfectly.

: Well, I'm glad that finally someone else has succeeded! :) You must show us a picture ASAP! BTW, did you have any problems? I have gotten a few horror stories from some people. So far you are the only one who has come forward with a finished lighter!
