CHEAP whips......

Around my part of the woods, there is a stable that seels really good 12 foot whips for only $60( at least I think they are really good, Ive never seen any of the other $600 whips to compare with though. ) I just wanted to know if anyone has some good info about some cheap whips. Wether there on the net, or in you local area, so I can compare prices. Thanks much
