HJ Question for Fedora or anyone else??

Hi,

OK this is a little hard to describe but here goes: I just got the
Herbert Johnson Raiders model. I am very happy with it except I
can't seem to figure out how the brim is supposed to go in the
back (up, down or straight out?)

To get it to look like the Raiders hat, is there an "authentic" way
Indy wore it in the first film? All the pictures I see seem to be a
little different, some the brim is snapped up in the back, but most
are down or straight. Even in the movie it's hard for me to tell.
When I wear the back part of the brim snapped down it doesn't
look correct from the front, when I wear it up it looks too high from
the side. I tried it putting the brim straight out in the back, but the
hat won't stay that way for too long because of the way it was
steamed.

Any suggestions?
