My 10/2000 order was lost/misplaced and had to be resent/reordered in the end of 12/2000. It was later found (no explanation). Peter said he has been having server trouble with his Compuserve e-mail. Try the WESTED@WESTED.COM e-mail. I too was told it would be "prioritized", but that was only a few days ago. Chances are, if you don't have an order number, you don't have an jacket ordered. Thats where I went wrong the first time, I didn't get an order number.
