The PB is thicker than the Miller.......

I measured my Miller once and the brim is about 1/16 inch thick while my PB brim is about 1/8 inch thick. I don't much care for stiffener in fedoras and my PB has lost all the stiffener through wear and the elements. It's been rained on quite a bit. It still looks great and holds its shape like the day I got it. I don't think you'll miss the
stiffener at all. The Peters Brothers is THE hat to beat for the "Raiders" look. You fix it the way you like and it'll stay that way forever.
