How much thicker?

: Stetson discontinued this hat a while back, although Miller Hats may still have some in stock. Luger's site is somewhat dated I'm afraid. Going by the pics of MK's Miller, I'd say it would be a good one to try. Takes a good bit of work though, and an eye for detail. Of course in my opinion the PB is the way to go, if you can swing it. Of course the PB is a thicker felt than the Raiders hat, but this is not important to me personally. Regards, Fedora
