The best scene (because it is true!!) Is when God in his full radiance of who he is appears above the ark in the "Raiders" movie.
The bible says that God is a consuming fire and that we would be consumed in his prescence. Also God says Noone can see me and live. (i think that's why Indy said to Marian to keep their eye's shut)
That is true.
Think about this: Jesus Christ is one in nature and essence with God himself. God is holy. No one can commune with God unless that person is perfect. (Noone is) That's why Jesus came to die on a cross. He paid a full payment for our sins. Yours and mine. All one needs to do is trust completely and turn from your sins. Give him your life as Lord.
