I agree tha most of time you do have to reshape. I don't have to with this hat. It is just what I wanted. THAT is refreshing. I would try and get Joe to do it just like you want and be done. It is liberating. If you do want to reshape there are folks like Fedora that could better advise.

Not at all. I asked for no stiffiner. I am very happy with it.
