I'm not going on so much about the jacket itself, even though in my opinion looks like a costume jacket (which is what it is) but the costumer service is so shitty that they don't deserve any business from someone who works hard for the money spent to buy the jacket. They've been caught in lies time after time. All I can do is tell what has happened to me and unfortunately many others. With the complaint department as large as it is (much larger than the praises) I think they shouldn't receive any more business from this site.
