WESTED ABSOLUTELY !!!!!!!Well maybe?

Just before Christmas i recieved my Wested Raiders jacket.The workmanship and hide are flawless.The detail however is a little bit of.I had the side belts raised about 2 inches and the collar slightly reduced.The zipper is a modern YKK and just looks wrong on a "vintage" jacket.The overall costruction however is very solid and the cotton lining seems to be sturdy.It is an everyday jacket and i am giving it hell.
Like many of you out there it took longer than promised and like many more i had what i would honestly describe as minimal service.The faulty jacket im sure would be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Mr Botwright himself.
I also agree with the polite customer aproach,polite but firm.Let them know what is going on,in person,get of the net and get on the horn.
