Atleast complaints aren't falling on deaf ears. As for Indiana Dog, I think he/she has made it clear that he isn't pleased with the customer service and has done nothing but use the forum as a way of dealing with his anger. If I had been waiting since Aug. I would be quite upset also. Besides, let's face it, his isn't the only complaint and definetly not the harshest. To each his own. I'm glad everyone is very open with thier opinions and dealings with everyone that makes a 'Raiders' style jacket, helps my decisions in buying one. So, I accept any ranting, be it praise or complaining, from anyone who takes the time to do so. One of the main reasons I come here.
